All I needed was caulking repair on the roof..small job but they handled it promptly. Fast service and nice crew. Would definitely use them for a larger job if needed
Highly recommend - prompt, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. You can be confident that they will provide an honest assessment of the cause of the problem, and they back up their proposed solution with a decent return visit warranty if required. In our case, the crew discovered previously unnoticed roof damage beneath the tiles (not spotted during 2 other contractor remediation efforts earlier this summer), so high confidence all round that our recurring "leaks-during-heavy-rain" problem is now finally over. Great job by Mike and his crew, they run a first-class operation.

Mike and his crew did a great job on our roof. While other companies tried to sell us a new roof, Mike showed us that our roof only needed some modest repairs. He: pointed out with pictures the areas that needed repairs; gave us a very fair price; and guaranteed his work. The work was promptly completed for the quoted price and he showed us, again with pictures, the completed work. He provided a two year warranty and five year roof certification.
Mike is honest and was always available when we had questions. Every day his crew cleaned up their work area before they left for the day.
Mike started out as a referral and ended up a friend. If you choose Mike to do your work, you will not be disappointed in his work and will probably end up with a new friend.

Mike came out to my home,went on top of roof andlooked at my entire roof. They took pictures and explained to why i didnt need an entire roof but just a repair.
And it came with a warranty.
And, they finished it in one day!
